Information used to run the service
Public website visits generate technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, that our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the site.
Client signup uses your email address, a sign-in provider identifier, and email-verification status. Google Firebase handles authentication. The portal stores your membership and any associated website or account records on Cloudflare.
When domain registration is arranged, authorized registrant details such as name, email, phone, and mailing address are sent to Cloudflare Registrar. Private registration records include the selected domain, quoted costs, owner approval, and registration status. Registrant contact details are not published on this website; registry disclosure rules are handled by the registrar.
If you email caleb.williamson.designs@gmail.com, your email address, message, and attachments are received through Gmail and used to respond to your inquiry. Do not send passwords or payment-card details by email.
Website material and account access
Website requests and file submissions are currently closed. If you already have project material or account history in the portal, it remains associated with your account and the relevant website. Website work may use AI-assisted tools to process material supplied for that work.
The owner can administer account and project records. A representative can see the signup and sales progress for websites attributed to them, but cannot read private client request messages or files. Signing up by itself does not assign a website or expose your account to other clients.
Browser storage and measurement
The portal uses browser session storage for sign-in. Signing out ends the browser session; it does not delete the account records.
The public site currently sends no third-party analytics events and uses no advertising trackers. Our hosting and authentication providers still process technical data needed to run their services. The public site does not collect payment-card details.
Questions or account changes
Email caleb.williamson.designs@gmail.com to ask about your information, correct account details, or request account closure or deletion. Requests are reviewed by the owner, and identity verification may be needed before account information is changed or disclosed.
Account records are not automatically deleted when you sign out. Retention and any remaining record requirements are reviewed when a deletion request is received. This notice will be updated when the service or its data handling changes.
