A little preparation goes a long way.
Use these practical notes from Williamson Web Service to organize your website content and make the first project conversation more useful.

Start with a website planning checklist
Gather your services, contact details, images, and the questions customers ask most often. Our checklist explains what to prepare and why each part matters.
Use it whether you are planning a first website or replacing an existing one. You can work through it in stages; it is a guide to a productive conversation, not a requirement to arrive with everything finished.
Decide what success should look like
Choose the main action a visitor should be able to take. For some businesses that is a phone call; for others it is a request for a quote or a visit to a physical location.
Then review each planned page against that action. Keep the information customers need, answer the questions that hold them back, and remove details that do not help them decide.
