Review your free preview before paying, understand the ongoing costs, and know what happens if you leave. These are the customer terms for the standard website offer.
Review first. Understand refunds.
A free preview needs no account, card or obligation. You can walk away without buying if it is not right. Pay the agreed setup price when happy to proceed, then we connect the domain and launch; provider steps can affect timing.
The $450 setup payment is non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or at Williamson Web Service’s discretion. Hosting already paid and purchased AI change-request packs are non-refundable.
A completed AI preview uses one request credit whether approved or declined. Discarding the preview leaves your live site unchanged but does not return that credit.
Take your website elsewhere.
Download the full website files and move to another host. Forms and other hosting-dependent features may need setup there. You keep control of a domain you already own.
Portfolio use requires your separate, revocable permission. Requesting a preview or purchasing a website does not grant that permission.
Choose when hosting stops.
Choose immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of your paid period. Paid hosting is non-refundable. Cancellation itself does not delete your domain; managed domains have the separate claim/transfer deadline below.
Website downloads remain accessible after hosting stops. The retention period for downloads and account records has not yet been settled, so this is not a promise of indefinite storage. Use of unused AI credits after cancellation and missed-payment grace periods/notices also remain to be settled.
Claim or transfer a managed domain in time.
Williamson Web Service registers and manages a service-managed domain for you while you pay for that service. The offer provides for claiming/transferring it into your own control through the portal, subject to registrar restrictions and transfer locks. The portal handoff process is not yet available; contact Caleb with domain questions.
After cancellation or stopping payment, you have up to 90 days, or until the current registration expires if sooner, to claim/transfer the domain. Williamson Web Service does not pay to hold or renew it indefinitely and has no obligation to renew or continue holding it after that period if it remains unclaimed.
Domain eligibility and which registration or renewal costs the $25/month plan covers must be agreed before purchase. With the $20/month own-domain plan, you pay registration and renewal separately to your provider.
Clear scope and realistic expectations.
Added work or charges require your agreement. Custom projects have their own agreed scope, price, revisions and timing. Hosting covers hosting, HTTPS and hosting help; it does not include unlimited AI changes or optional $80/hour human-assisted work.
Same-day simple previews and changes within hours are targets, not guarantees. No guaranteed search ranking, AI recommendation, traffic, sales, Google verification or uptime percentage is offered.
All listed prices are USD. Whether applicable taxes are additional to displayed prices remains to be settled.
Current availability.
Free previews, accounts and preview conversations are open. Paid launch, self-service publishing, AI change-request fulfillment and request-pack purchases are not yet available. Messages to Caleb do not automatically start AI work.
